The Executive Chef is the top culinary leader for a high-volume casino environment, overseeing all back-of-house kitchen operations, menu innovation, team leadership, and quality execution across multiple outlets.
 
Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of senior culinary leadership (Executive Sous or Executive Chef) in casino, resort, or multi-outlet operations
• Strong background in high-volume production, menu engineering, food/labor cost management
• Proven leadership style with experience developing large, diverse culinary teams

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations, including menu development, kitchen standards, and food safety compliance
• Drive financial performance through cost control, efficiencies, and consistent execution across outlets
• Recruit, train, and mentor culinary leaders, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
