An acclaimed, upscale Asian-fusion restaurant in Dallas, TX is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join its dynamic and innovative culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy, design-driven environment known for its elevated dining experience and bold, creative flavors.
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in upscale or fine-dining kitchens
• A stable career history (ideally no more than 2-3 roles within the last 5 years)
• Strong pastry background with the ability to support savory production as needed
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service environments
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all pastry department operations
• Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary leadership on menu development
• Ensure consistency, quality, and execution of all pastry items
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Assist in training and developing pastry team members
