Qualifications

• Must have managed a property with at least $10M F&B revenue.
• Has experience managing union staff
• At least 7 years managing in Luxury hotel

 
Responsibilities

• Run a 5 star hotel kitchen with a focus on seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients
• Design menu concepts with high level of detail in quality and presentation
• Scheduling, labor costing, payroll administration and production control
