Qualifications:

4+ years of Chef de Cuisine experience within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Deep knowledge of culinary operations, techniques, and kitchen procedures.
A hands-on leadership style with a collaborative team approach.

Requirements:

Support the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations and guest service.
Oversee menu engineering, costing, and product specification development.
Menu development aligning with property and vision.
