A bagel concept is seeking a Manager to oversee daily operations, production, and training for their first brick and mortar location.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of bakery management or pastry leadership experience
- Experience opening a new bakery or restaurant concept
- Strong ability to train, mentor, and elevate staff performance
- Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and inventory management
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery operations including production, quality control, and scheduling
- Support onboarding and development of bakery staff
- Ensure product consistency and high-level brand standards
- Implement processes and SOPs for the new opening
- Collaborate with ownership and support a positive team culture
