independent modern Korean restaurant and bar in the NoMad/Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan.
 
Responsibilities:

• Full BOH ownership (all kitchen operations)
• Food costing, inventory, and P&L-minded controls

Qualifications:

• Tenure: minimum 1.5 years in an Executive Chef role or at least 3 years as a CDC
• Korean cuisine required
• High-pace service within a share-plate/tapas-style menu
• Lots of room for creativity within modern Korean framework
