The Executive Chef will lead the culinary operations of a fine dining, high-volume steakhouse renowned for its exceptional service, premium ingredients, and elevated guest experience. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in managing large-scale operations while maintaining the precision, consistency, and artistry that define fine dining cuisine.
 
Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive culinary leadership, including experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume fine dining or steakhouse environment
• Expertise in premium protein fabrication, menu development, and cost control
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach to mentoring kitchen teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring execution meets the brand's exacting standards for quality and presentation
• Lead menu innovation and seasonal updates, emphasizing premium ingredients and guest appeal
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing culinary team while maintaining operational excellence and profitability
