The Banquet Chef will oversee all culinary operations for the resort's banquet and catering programs, ensuring exceptional execution for weddings, conferences, and large-scale events. This role is responsible for menu consistency, production planning, and leading a high-performing team capable of delivering high-volume, high-quality banquet service.
 
Qualifications

• Large banquet and high-volume production experience required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in banquet or catering kitchens
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all banquet culinary operations, ensuring consistent food quality and timely execution for events of various sizes
• Oversee menu production, staffing, prep lists, and event-day culinary coordination
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, food cost control, and team training to support operational excellence
