Salary: 55-60K 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the FOH team for excellent service.
• Ensure positive guest experiences and resolve issues.
• Oversee daily service operations and dining area upkeep.
• Handle payments and contribute to sales reporting.
• Enforce service standards and regulations.
• Communicate between FOH and back of house for smooth service.

 
Qualifications:

• 2+ years FOH experience, 1+ year supervisory.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for team management.
• Passion for guest service and composure under pressure.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
