Private members club in Boston looking for a CDC to oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary quality and service.
 
Qualifications: 

•  At least 5-7 years of experience in a professional kitchen, in a similar role
• Expertise in menu creation, food preparation, plating, and kitchen techniques. 
• Ability to develop and implement new menu items and adapt to trends or guest preferences.
• Strong European cuisine experience- French, Spanish, Italian, plant based

 
Responsibilities: 
 

• Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff for efficient daily operation
•  Creative menu control 
• Report to the Executive Chef
