New sushi concept opening in Nashville, TN  is looking for an Executive Chef to join their team! 
 
Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of experience in upscale, fine dining environments
• No more than 2-3 positions held within the past 5 years
• Sushi experience is a huge plus but it is not required 
• Must be proficient with admin duties including P&L, ordering, inventory, etc. 
• Must have Executive Sous Chef, CDC, or Executive Chef experience 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food prep, execution, plating, and service standards
• Lead, coach, and manage a diverse BOH team (sous chefs, line cooks, prep, etc.)
• Ensure consistent excellence in food quality, presentation, and guest experience
• Enforce and elevate sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance (local and federal)
• Manage food and labor costs within budget through effective purchasing, scheduling, and waste reduction
• Cultivate a positive, performance-driven kitchen culture with a focus on retention and development
