3+ years kitchen experience; strong knife and banquet skills
Current ServSafe or within 45 days; recipe reading and execution
Dependable, team-oriented communicator; Spanish a plus
Flexible for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays; local candidates only
Responsibilities:
Prepare hot foods, salads, sandwiches, canapés, sauces, and desserts to spec
Maintain HACCP/food safety, labeling, rotation, and equipment PM
Assist with butchery, ordering, inventory, cleaning, and occasional shopping
Support training, accurate packaging/allergen labeling, and quality standards
Other Requirements:
Pre-employment background check and drug test; E-Verify
Clean MVR if driving is assigned; ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Adhere to aviation and government food safety regulations
