Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years as Director of F&B in a Forbes Five-Star, 400+ room hotel
• Fluency in French and English
• Union and international experience preferred

• Oversee 5 outlets, IRD, and top-tier off-site catering operation
• Lead and develop a large unionized team with a focus on excellence
• Drive profitability and elevate guest experience across all venues
