Fun elevated restaurant is looking for a General Manager to join their team!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, preferably with a busy cocktail/bar program.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations and FOH management.
• Calm under pressure, ready to roll up sleeves, and lead by example with a smile during service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all FOH operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Lead by example on the floor, supporting both service and beverage teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
