Salary - $80K - 90K + bonus

A well-established grill is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to uphold high standards and lead the team with a positive attitude. 
 
Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a culinary management position in a $2M+ operation, preferably in a fine dining atmosphere. *Please note: limited creativity in this role - menu is dictated by ownership. 
• High School education required.  Minimum of 2 years of formal culinary schooling preferred.
• Needs to be able to work holidays - these are some of our busiest days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BOH team with patience and positivity
• Interview, hire, train, supervise, schedule, and participate in activities of chefs, cooks, and other personnel involved in preparing, cooking, and presenting food in accordance with productivity standards, cost controls, and forecast needs.
• Monitor staff performance, product quality, and production flow; foster improvement where necessary.
