Qualifications
Proven leadership and motivational skills along with displaying a professional appearance and being a positive role model.
Minimum 3 years previous management experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant, and/or Entertainment industry
Experience monitoring and maintaining positive guest relations.
Responsibilities
Within assigned area of responsibility (Bar, Guest Attendants, Concierge, Events, etc.), manages all COGs and maintains relationships with relevant vendors
Lead service from the floor, coordinating the front-of-house team and assisting as needed
Field patron complaints, taking action to transform unsatisfactory experiences into new opportunities for the team to impress
