The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for a multi-outlet casino property in suburban Philadelphia. This role oversees diverse dining concepts, drives revenue performance, ensures operational excellence, and maintains elevated food quality standards in a high-volume, 24/7 hospitality environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a multi-unit, high-volume operation
• Preferred casino culinary leadership experience with strong understanding of gaming-property dynamics
• Demonstrated expertise in food cost controls, labor management, and large-team development

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability
• Develop menus and concepts aligned with brand positioning and guest demographics
• Lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards
