Seeking a refined, knife-in-hand chef to lead the culinary program for a luxury boutique hotel. 
 
Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a chef in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel. 
• Willingness to be involved in prep and service, mentoring and leading the staff. 
• Must be very financially aware and treat operations like an independent restaurant. 

 
Responsibilities

• Create a culture where cooks grow instead of burn out.
• Food cost management, inventory systems, labor control, vendor relationships, and menu engineering.
• Seasonal sourcing, refined plating, and a deep understanding of flavor balance.
