Salary: $70,000-$85,000 base + bonus eligible

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or resort environments
• Strong leadership skills with proven success in developing and coaching teams
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service in high-touch dining settings

Requirements:

• Valid U.S. work visa or TN Visa accepted
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Solid understanding of labor management, cost controls, and FOH operations
