A country club in Hilton Head, SC is looking for a great Director of F&B to add to their team! 
 
Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably within private clubs, luxury resorts, or fine dining establishments.
• Demonstrated success in delivering elevated member or guest experiences across multiple outlets.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, labor management, and cost control.
• WSET or Sommelier certification huge plus.

Requirements:

• Lead, manage, and inspire all food and beverage operations, including a la carte dining, bars, banquets, club events, and special functions.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy between culinary execution and front-of-house service.
• Uphold and enhance standards of service, presentation, and ambiance across all F&B venues.
