The Food and Beverage Manager supports the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations for a multi-outlet property. This role is operationally focused, guest-driven, and responsible for driving consistency, financial performance, and service excellence across diverse dining concepts.
 
Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience with proven multi-outlet oversight
• Strong operational knowledge of restaurants, bars, and high-volume service environments
• Bi-Lingual is English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of all F&B outlets, ensuring service standards, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Assist with budgeting, labor controls, and operational efficiencies across the property
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams while supporting training and compliance initiatives
