A premium organic grocer in Miami is seeking a Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its wellness-forward café.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing café, juice bar, or counter-service operations
• Strong knowledge of plant-based menus, specialty coffee, and functional wellness drinks
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with a focus on hospitality and efficiency
• Experience in scheduling, inventory, vendor management, and POS systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, including service, product quality, cleanliness, and team performance
• Lead, train, and schedule front-of-house café staff
• Ensure a smooth guest experience with consistent execution and attention to detail
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to support the café menu
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams on seasonal offerings and new product launches
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Act as a culture leader, fostering a warm, welcoming environment aligned with the brand's values
