Seeking a highly creative chef to lead culinary innovation and concept development for upscale off-premise catering.
 
Responsibilities

• Create and execute new menus, food stations, and seasonal culinary concepts
• Own the R&D process from ideation through rollout
• Lead kitchen tastings, presentations, and station designs
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership on equipment and prep execution
• Ensure DOH compliance and mentor team in fine dining standards

Requirements

• Culinary degree preferred (CIA, JWU, ICC, etc.)
• 7+ years of experience, including 3+ in menu development or R&D
• Strong career progression under notable chefs or fine dining environments
• Confident in tastings and client-facing creative presentations
