A boutique hotel in Oxford, MS is looking for a great Executive Chef to lead their team! 
 
Requirements:

• 4-5 years of Executive Chef experience
• Fine dining, upscale experience from award winning restaurants ideal 
• Great leadership skills and administrative experience 

Responsibilities:

• Must have strong food and labor cost experience, ordering, inventory,
• Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations across multiple outlets and events.
• Experience with budget management, food costing, and achieving profitability goals.
• Ability to foster a positive, high-performance kitchen environment.
