An ultra-luxury hotel in Miami is looking to add a Sous Chef (Main Kitchen) to their culinary team!
 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role within luxury or fine dining
• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
• High-volume, multi-outlet kitchen experience(Breakfast operations,IRD, Pool & Beach, etc)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency
• Supervise stations, line checks, and production standards
• Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff at all levels
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond standards
