A growing hospitality group is looking for a Service Director to add to their team for new concept opening this Spring in NYC! 

• Strong background in hospitality management with upscale/fine dining restaurants, and award winning concepts. 
• Good tenure a must. 
• Ability to perform duties with professionalism, composure, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• The Service Director ensures seamless, efficient, and cost-effective operations while inspiring and developing teams to drive sales, elevate morale, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Key guest-facing leader, building meaningful connections, promoting offerings, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Oversees all aspects of daily restaurant administration, including payroll, opening and closing procedures, service floor planning, and routine operational walkthroughs.
