Pay: $70-90K
Our client in Richmond, VA is looking for an FP&A Analyst!
Responsibilities
-Liaise with departments to identify needs and deliver dashboards that drive efficiency.
-Execute impact analyses for promotions to ensure spend aligns with profitability goals.
-Migrate legacy reporting into the EDW to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
-Manage relationship marketing performance modeling, commission calculations, and VIP KPI tracking.
-Report on regional competitive trends to support long-term strategic planning.
-Audit SOPs to identify bottlenecks and automate manual reporting tasks.
-Facilitate the annual budget process and develop accurate variance analyses.
Qualifications
-1-3 years in financial analysis or data mining, preferably in gaming or hospitality.
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
-Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and data modeling.
-Clear understanding of relational databases, table structures, and joins.
-Proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau or Power BI.
-Familiarity with Aristocrat Oasis, IGT, or Bravo Poker.
-Experience with Continuous Improvement or GAAP accounting principles.
