The Executive Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef plays a key leadership role within the hotel's culinary operation, supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing day-to-day kitchen performance across outlets. This position focuses on execution, team leadership, and operational discipline while maintaining high standards for food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
 
Qualifications

• Senior Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in a full-service hotel or upscale, high-volume environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience managing large culinary teams
• Solid understanding of food cost control, labor management, and food safety standards

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution across outlets
• Lead and develop kitchen teams through training, scheduling, and performance management
• Monitor food and labor costs while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
