Responsibilities:
- Supervises cage staff, conducts training, and manages scheduling.
- Provides guest service and resolves customer issues.
- Handles financial transactions and ensures compliance with regulations.
- Maintains cage security and oversees cash flow.
- Performs all cashier duties and is proficient in cage operations.
- Protects guest confidentiality and verifies identification.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two years previous player services representative, banking, cashiering or similar related experience.
- Gaming experience preferred.
