Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume hotel or upscale restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate kitchen teams
• Solid understanding of food quality standards, sanitation, and cost controls

Requirements:

• Ability to oversee daily kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, and compliance
• Experience managing food and labor costs, scheduling, and waste reduction
• Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
