Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of professional baking experience
Strong background in high-volume or production baking environments
Proven leadership experience managing and developing bakery teams

Lead, train, schedule, and manage the baking team
Maintain quality control, consistency, and production standards
Manage workflow, prep, and production planning to meet demand
