Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a management role within a high-volume, upscale restaurant, hotel, or multi-outlet operation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training, mentoring, and supervising culinary teams.
• Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available).

Requirements:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, ordering, sanitation, and cost control.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menu execution, staff scheduling, and operational planning.
• Maintain kitchen safety, equipment functionality, and adherence to health standards.
