Location: Milwaukee, WI
Salary: $85K - $95K base plus bonus

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in culinary leadership, hotel or restaurant experience preferred with solid tenure
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ in high-volume, multi-outlet environments
• Strong background in menu execution, cost control, and kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
• Ability to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in scheduling, inventory, sanitation standards, and kitchen leadership
