Qualifications

• 3-5 years of culinary management experience in high-volume hotel or upscale restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge of food production, standard recipes, and cost controls
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse culinary teams

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise culinary staff while maintaining food quality and labor cost controls
• Oversee food ordering, storage, sanitation, and safety in compliance with health regulations
• Execute daily kitchen operations, special events, and VIP functions to brand standards
