- Proven experience managing front-of-house operations in an $8M+ annual revenue restaurant
- Strong floor presence
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain dining room standards, cleanliness, and adherence to service procedures
- Support scheduling, floor planning, and guest-relation efforts
- Collaborate with ownership and management to uphold brand standards and drive operational excellence
