A luxury lifestyle hotel in Miami Beach is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the pre-opening of its signature Italian restaurant.
 
Ideal Experience:
High-volume,  knowledge of Italian cuisine with a strong background in luxury, lifestyle, or resort environments. Minimum 5+ years in senior F&B management with proven success driving operations, service standards, and overall team performance.
 
Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of senior F&B management experience in luxury, lifestyle, or resort settings
• Background in high-end Italian cuisine concepts with strong volume exposure
• Proven experience overseeing budgeting, forecasting, SOP development, and service standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop large teams in a high-performance environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead all restaurant operations including financial performance, staffing, scheduling, training, and service execution
• Develop and maintain SOPs, service standards, and guest experience protocols for a luxury dining environment
• Collaborate with Culinary, Finance, HR, and hotel leadership to meet operational goals and uphold brand standards
• Oversee guest satisfaction initiatives, proactively resolve service challenges, and elevate the overall dining experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand requirements while fostering a positive and engaged team culture
