The Sous Chef supports all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistency, and team leadership. This role works closely with the Executive Chef to maintain standards, execute menus, and uphold a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
 
Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary leadership experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong skills in production, execution, and team supervision
• Ability to maintain quality, sanitation, and operational standards

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and timely execution
• Train, mentor, and oversee back-of-house staff to uphold culinary standards
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and maintaining health & safety compliance
