Looking for a Director of Hospitality for a casino in Oklahoma. 
 
Qualifications 

• Minimum 3+ years of a Director of Food and Beverage
• Floor Casino Experience preferred  
• Casino experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee 7 F&B outlets (Upscale Restaurant, Coffee, Bar, QSR cafe, IRD, Banquets and Events
• Manage team of up to 120 employees. 
• Lead and execute member events and functions, ensuring flawless operations across multiple touchpoints.
