Seeking a charismatic GM to lead a high-energy lounge, elevate guest experiences, and drive team performance and financial results.
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of food & beverage management experience, preferably in lifestyle or luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor a diverse team.
• Ability to blend  luxury hospitality and nightlife energy — balancing upscale hotel standards (service, amenities, guest expectations) with the vibe, timing, and fluid energy of a bar/lounge that runs into the late night.

 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of lounge operations, including staffing, service standards, financial performance, and team development.
• Act as the primary ambassador, ensuring an elevated guest experience, engaging VIPs and the local community, and driving brand reputation.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leadership to refine menus, service flow, and operational processes while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
