A popular fast food concept is looking for a Regional Operations Manager position to oversee 3 locations based in Charlotte, NC! 
 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of culinary experience or extensive multi-unit operation experience in similar QSR operations 
• Previous experience in BOH management i.e. Kitchen Management/Chef (plus)
• ServSafe certification required
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• References required when applying

• Provide visible leadership to management and employees, fostering a restaurant atmosphere centered on exceptional hospitality where guest expectations are consistently exceeded. Maintain high visibility daily, motivating teams, encouraging teamwork, and challenging them to achieve their highest potential.
• Guarantee consistent adherence to operational and training standards across various locations. Collaborate with Store Operators to cultivate the next level of management and culinary leadership.
• Supervise recipe development and consistency for core items at each establishment, ensuring effective and efficient procedures.
