A beautiful luxury resort in Canyon Point, UT is looking for a stellar Director of Food & Beverage to lead their team. 
 
Qualifications

• 5+ years of Director of F&B experience preferably in luxury hotels and resorts. 
• Proven experience in overseeing multi-outlet operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, paired with a genuine passion for hospitality

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the department's annual operating budget, ensuring adherence to financial goals and strong cost control.
• Participate in meetings and briefings with department heads to maintain alignment and support collaboration across the property.
• Create and implement Food & Beverage policies in partnership with senior leadership.
