Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations for a new steakhouse opening inside a casino, ensuring exceptional service, smooth execution, and high-quality guest experiences. This role supports all front-of-house leadership functions, staff development, and operational excellence in a high-energy, high-volume environment.
 
Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in upscale or steakhouse concepts
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training, service standards, and guest relations
• Background in high-volume or casino dining environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily FOH operations, ensuring outstanding service and efficient execution
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold brand and service standards
• Oversee scheduling, service flow, guest relations, and operational performance
