Seeking a Banquet Manager to lead high-quality event operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences! 

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead all banquet operations, including event setup, execution, service standards, and overall guest experience
  • Manage, train, schedule, and develop banquet staff while maintaining efficient workflows and cost controls
  • Oversee billing accuracy, documentation, gratuity processing, inventory, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations  
• Qualifications:
  • Strong banquet service knowledge; prior banquet management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing staff, scheduling, inventory, and high-volume operations
  • Able to meet gaming licensing requirements; must be clean-shaven (mustaches okay) and willing to cover tattoos; flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
