The Chef de Cuisine will lead the culinary operations of a high-volume steakhouse within a casino property. This role is responsible for menu execution, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver a premier dining experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
 
Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, with at least 2 years as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a steakhouse or fine dining setting
• Strong skills in kitchen operations, cost management, and team development
• Proven ability to maintain consistency, quality, and high culinary standards in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations for the steakhouse, ensuring flawless execution of menu and guest experience
• Lead, mentor, and develop BOH staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability
• Manage food quality, consistency, cost control, and kitchen efficiency while aligning with property goals
