Salary: $23-$25 per hour/ Avg. $70K - $80K + bonus

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or lodge operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all lodge operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Manage budgets, payroll, and operational costs
• Foster a positive, guest-focused culture and lead by example
