A full service hotel is looking for a great Director of Sales for their property in Longhorne, PA!  
 
Requirements: 

• 3+ years of Sr. Level or Director Level sales experience in full service hotel operations. 
• Strong leadership experience a must. 
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and revenue management principles.
• Marriott experience a must. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders to
  generate business opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up on inquiries.
