Qualifications:

• • Minimum 2-3 years of consistent tenure in each prior role
  • Experience with a minimum of 10-15 million in revenue.
  • Experience with mentoring and developing staff
  • Strong operational background, especially in beverage inventory and service flow
  • High-energy and upbeat personality with a positive, team-first leadership style
  • Not seeking Michelin or ultra fine-dining profiles — focus is upscale casual

Responsibilities:

• • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people. 
  • Drive profitability and handle all culinary operations of the location. 
  • Manage and oversee employees, including scheduling, training, and development.
