• A minimum of 2-3 years managing IRD in a luxury/high-volume hotel setting.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and meet the demands of a luxury hotel's fast-paced environment.
• Bi lingual a plus (English and Spanish) 

Requirements:

• Oversee, train, and manage the In-Room Dining staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service in line with the hotel's standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, including order processing, food preparation, and timely delivery to guest rooms, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service, and address any concerns or complaints swiftly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
