A luxury resort on the beautiful coast of Georgia is seeking an experience Restaurant General Manager to join their food and beverage team!
 
Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership F&B role at a 4-5-star property or exclusive club.
• Background in premium beverage and cocktail program management.
• Skilled in large-scale staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control abilities.

 
Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operations for a 3 meal restaurant on property.
• Deep understanding of five-star service standards and guest personalization.
• Able to optimize labor, beverage costs, and profitability without compromising luxury standards.
• Inspires, trains, and motivates large, diverse teams.
• Works seamlessly with chefs, engineering, housekeeping, and other support departments for smooth operations.
