A proven hospitality leader with experience in multi unit full service restaurants and hotels.
The ideal candidate will have previously served in a variety of restaurant positions and most recently as a Food and Beverage Director or Regional Manager for at least 5 years in a high end dining atmosphere. You are considered by peers to be a leader in your field and considered by your superiors to be an expert on the business side of the restaurant. You understand all aspects of restaurant management including but not limited to, full P&L responsibility for the restaurant(s) you have managed, setting and managing budgets, creating forecasts, aggressively improving revenue while managing costs, team member training & development, alcohol sales & bar management, menu management, red carpet service, creativity, atmosphere, food safety, vendor management, accountability and reporting, white glove cleanliness, reservations, POS operations.
